went for my check up ytd at NUH ENT. while i was waiting there, there was this uncle also waiting to see the doc. he was there with his wife. when it was his turn he didn’t want his wife to follow. when he finally come out again, his wife was asking how was it. he just said in a very normal tone that he have a 90% chance that he have a throat cancer. his wife was shock and tears seem to fill up her eyes but she was trying hard to control it. the uncle was telling her wife not to be sad. he himself is sad too but he said that is just life. gotta face up to it. he needed to have a scan to confirm it ytd and if was true, he would have his surgery last night. hope that he is fine. make me feel kind of sad on the spot too. however his words sounded he was totally fine and he is a strong and cheerful man. he was even still joking around or he just can’t bear to see his wife cry.
life may not be fair to everyone but it depends on how u see and face it.
